作為一個時代女性，能夠在家庭與事業中獲得成功，靠的是一種平衡技術。
黃耀珍小姐從小對各類傳媒廣告設計極有興趣，因此，她在大學的時候選擇了修讀傳播學，從小到大的夢想是想成為一名戰地記者，大學交換生期間是在愛沙尼亞大學學習工商管理，開始我的人生轉變。在大學畢業後，進入日本VIVI雜誌社工作，一年後創立了自己的廣告公司。兩年後再創立貿易，從2015年開始創業，一共開六家公司，廣告公司，小紅書代運營品牌運營公司，護膚品貿易公司，科技公司等等，業務橫跨中港兩地。
做為新時代女企業家在成長的路上披荊斬棘，成就和責任並兼，我所追求從未停止。在事業家庭兩忙下，黃耀珍仍不忘公益，常贊助及出席慈善活動。 2020年疫情肆虐下，捐贈慈善團體如香港樂心會等等慈善機構，幫助一眾低下層及長者抗疫。
